The Disadvantaged Children’s Movie Festival was held over the weekend of the 10th and 11th of September this year. As always, it was a great success, and our club’s biggest fund raisers. Special congratulations to Dennis Young and Tania Corney for their incredible orgnisation skills.
The 2016 9600 District Conference was held in early May. There were fabulous displays of Rotary’s project in Australia and overseas and talks by all types of Rotarians on their projects. It was a great weekend enjoyed by our Toowong Rotarians.
The great thing about Rotary is not just the friends you make within your club, but knowing you have fellow Rotarian contacts in almost every city in the World.
