The Rotary Club of Toowong is one of the largest and most active Rotary Clubs in Queensland.
It draws its energy from being based in one of Brisbane’s leading business and educational precincts.
Our historical links with the University of Queensland have also allowed us
to establish a close connection with young people attending the University and its residential colleges.
Our members, currently numbering 45, are a representative cross-section of Brisbane’s inner Western suburbs community.
All have felt the need to add interest and depth to their lives by joining up with like-minded people, and ‘giving back’ to the community,
by supporting local, National and International service projects.

Rotary is a world-wide organisation of business and professional people, who encourage high ethical standards in vocations, provide humanitarian and local-community support, and seek to promote peace and goodwill.
It is non-political and non-religious, with more than 32,000 clubs, in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.
Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary’s People of Action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects.
From literacy and peace to water and health, we are working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
